Love all the staff and would personally recommend Dr Shaw and Dr Perez. They have taking care of me and my family for years and I appreciate their dedication to us.

This doctor has never met me but decided to stop my life-altering chemotherapy treatments! Turns out he is the medical director and boss of my doctor and even though my doctor said that my treatments were critical for me to have Dr. Shaw refused to listen to her! He didn't even give a reason for the denial! Cheryl the office manager has to be one of the most rude people I have ever encountered in my life. Luckily Humana agreed with me and I was able to appeal and continue with my treatments! Beware of this doctor!! He has two board actions taken against him for negligence!! How is it that he is still able to practice medicine let alone be a medical director of multiple locations??

Dr. Shaw delivered both of my kids in 1988 and 1989. Excellent work including spending the whole night in a chair waiting for the big moment. Grateful patient here. All night in a chair from a Doctor is priceless.

Kelly is my favorite provider here. She goes above and beyond the call of duty and really shows she cares. No matter what I see her for, she always helps me get better. I have been coming to her for several years and would highly recommend her. I have never had a problem with the office staff, and they have always been very helpful. I can't always get through right away on the phone, but if I leave a message - they get back to me in a timely manner. The referral staff is very helpful. The office is beautiful and very clean. I feel very confident in their care.

As the previous reviewers have mentioned, the staff in office are a bunch of unfriendly girls that do not care or no concern towards the patient. The Doc was good but the staff turned me off so bad that I will not be going again... I prefer the folks at Solantic in Altamonte Springs.. Very friendly...

I love Kelly and the doctors but the front desk staff s way to focused on other things and do not seem to care it seems that in that office they are running a modeling agency. They do not seem to know there job well. The russian girl up front is ruff at times but seems to know her job, the rest are just there for looks. The referral lady that was there was so good and knew what she was doing is no longer there and now my referrals are messed up. I am willing to put up with some things but my health is much to important I am going to change my doctor to someone who has a knowledgeable caring staff.

Dr. Shaw appears to be Retired in Place (RIP). I have been a patient for several years, and today I changed my PCP because it took 3 office visits in a 7 day period to properly treat me for flu. When I told him my ear was blocked, he didn't even look at it. I ended up coming back again with an ear infection. Then he called in a prescription for it - and he prescribed EYE drops!! I am done with this doctor - I'd rather see one who actually cares.
