I would have to agree with one of the other comments by a new patient as it relates to the front desk mannerism. When I originally saw doctor O'Heron, her front desk was attentive caring and supportive. Now, since the original staff is no longer there the current staff's mannerism is very rude short and they exhibit a lack of concern for you as an individual and someone seeking medical attention.

I didn't even schedule an appointment with the dr, this rating is merely a reflection of the staff running the front desk. I was shocked by the way I was treated. I called twice, just incase I caught someone on a bad day or something strange. Sadly no. They were (to me) unprofessional and rude. Not helpful at all. When I said I was a new patient and asked to book an appointment she snippily said, "she's out of the country..." followed by silence. I continued, "oh ok... well, when will she be back?" "Not for awhile, and she's booked through June..." rudely said and followed by silence again. I was shocked. Wow. Felt like they had no desire to help me book an appointment. Like "go away." Is what I was hearing. Not, I'm sorry, she's book through June, but we can get you on the books and put you on the cancellation list incase something opens earlier. But I had heard all I needed, I simply said, "ok.. guess I'll find another dr then," which she promptly responded with by "ok..." click. Her tone was just disgusting. I am a very patient, understanding person, but she rubbed me the wrong way, and to have the same experience twice, I would not go to this dr simply because of who she choses to be the first impression of her office.

This may have been a nice place at one point but somebody either stopped caring or they left. The place is getting run down because nobody seems to take care of it and the office is run very unprofessionally.

I have been seeing Sara O' heron for over 8yrs now and i am expecting with my second child and she is an amazing doctor! She saw me through my first pregnancy with no complications. This pregnacy is a high risk pregnancy and she has seen me through every complication and is taking great care of me and my unborn son! I wouldnt trust any other doctor with me and my childrens lives. I would recommend her to any family with 5 stars!
