Dr Rosa is a smart, caring doctor with the best bedside manner ever. He takes as much time as needed to explain and go over things, doesn’t send you for excessive testing, and treats you as an individual. He’s by far my favorite of all my doctors.

On my son's last visit, the doctor showed up unshaven with a dirty lab coat. I can't judge his medical ability, but between his appearnce and manner and his staff's gross incompetence, I left the practice.
