Dr. Jewell is an outstanding psychologist, exceeding expectations for both professional conduct/interaction and in helping to achieve (my) goals. For myself, some of Dr. Jewell's important characteristics include: (1)tremendous ability (to diagnose issues, make connections, understand what I am *trying* to say, and to action concerns), (2)consistently high effort/work ethic, (3)compassion/understanding (while steady and directed), (4)honest/ authentic, and (5)an appreciable lack of ego/judgmental rhetoric or action(s). Additionally, Dr. Jewell is dynamic (*NOT* at all dogmatic) in her approach; objectives are consistent, but she understands when an activity is not a good match for me, and adjusts. These combine to create a trusting and supportive environment, in which achievement of objectives -through hard work, by both Dr. and patient- is possible. In summary, Dr. Jewell continues to be a critical participant in my overall health care, whom I consistently recommend to others.
