I've had Dr Persad for 2 of my pregnancies. Both being high risk. She is an amazing doctor. She listenes to what you have to say and offered the best possible advice. She is such a sweet lady. She is so dedicated to all her patients. She is honestly the best. Also, I have to add that her assistant Shannon rocks. She is super busy all day long and still has such an awesome attitude. They both are amazing :)

Dr. Persuade I must say is THE BEST OF THE BEST BRAMPTON HAS TO OFFER!! As a woman doctor she makes you feel extremely comfortable and has a very down it earth personality. I had came to the Brampton hospital on July first for back pains I was having and shortness of breath, I was 38 weeks at the time pregnant . After being admitted promptly I was met by dr persad who very quickly and accurately checked me to see if I was dilated. Come to find out I was 2 cm dilated and just like that she told me it was surgery time ( I was breach and had to have a c section) still in shock the nurses ran some tests and got me suited then whisked me away to the room where I would be having my surgery done at. I really wanted to have my baby on the first of July considering I. Born the first of June and who wouldn't want a canada day baby :) well I told her and I also requested a neat line ( I was so paranoid cus it was my first baby) she said " I'll see what I can do" . After some chit chat before you knew it it was 1150pm her assistant called out the time and at 1159pm my baby girl was out and crying!!! Her incision was small and neat and I healed PERFECTLY!! Not to mention I had a huge tatto right on my pelvis where the cut was and she put my tattoo back together. She is AMAZING and I suggest her to anyone who needs a obgyn or c section surgeon. You will not be disappointed! Take it from me. I'm very picky!!!
One thing I would have liked is if her follow ups after was punctual and arranged better.
Her team is friendly and she is almost like a mother to you! So warm!!! TEAM PERSAD!
