Botched my dental work a few years ago. I’ve been in pain ever since. A new dentist recommended I take the case to the College of Dentists and Dental Surgeons.

I give staff a zero. They don’t know how to process claims. I had crown work done and was told everything was fine. Wrong. I had to go back and was told the one crown that had not had a previous root canal now needed one. I was not happy. Within a couple of days I could not chew down on any food with the tooth where the root canal was done.
Now I have to go back again. Not happy at all!
I was told the root canal would be done right so I didn’t have to return.
This is not only painful but a huge inconvenience to keep setting appointments.

Whats up with your Covid-19 screening form that has questions that have nothing to do with Covid-19 or teeth? Some official form from the ODA that every dentist is asking? I don't see this form or these highly invasive unnecessary questions published by the ODA or on any other dentist's websites. Also, I have been going to this dentist for years, I have found him to be very unprofessional, he does poor work, he gives false diagnosis, and has done several mess-ups.

I have found Dr Wall and his staff to be very professional and friendly. I was quite nervous last year as a new patient needing a tooth filled. There was no pain and everyone gives a detailed explanation of every step of the procedure. I would highly recommend this office to anyone considering a change.

Due to previous bad experiences at dental offices I went to Dr. Wall, for the first time, completely terrified. I literally was shaking, teeth chattering and and as hard as I tried to stop it, the tears were running down my cheeks. Dr. Wall was so kind and patient. He took the time to talk and help me relax, he has a great sense of humour so he even made me laugh. I needed a filling done that day and he took extra time making sure I was comfortable. He and the staff were excellent, knowledgeable and helpful when discussing treatment options.
I would (and have!) recommend Dr. Wall to anyone.
