I went to Dr. Neigel for a few years for botox. I never had a wait less than an hour, and once I was in the exam room, I usually had to wait an extra 30-45 minutes. Bedside manner is important to me and you get zero of it at the Neigel center. I got tired of the watered down botox - if from time to time it did end up taking effect, it would wear off and I would be ready for more in 3-4 weeks. I finally changed Doctors and started going to a plastic surgeon in the same building for my botox, and it was immediately like night and day. I can't believe I wasted so much time not knowing any better. He gives me full-test botox - never watered down, with never any sagging eyelids and wearing off. He takes 10 years off my face where as Neigel would barely make a change. And I only need to see him every 5-6 months. I've been with him for 5 years now and really wished someone had told me what botox by a real plastic surgeon was like. So here is your warning - if you choose to go to Neigel, you will waste your time and your money - lots of it.

Dr. Neigel and her staff were outstanding. They provided me with a warm and comfortable surgical center. I felt relaxed and in good hands. I needed reconstructive surgery after a Mohs procedure and I couldn't have chosen a better doctor. Her staff is professional as well as friendly. I would highly recommend Dr. Neigel to anyone. I have been seeing Dr. Neigel for a few years and she is extremely talented. She takes the extra time to listen to my needs. The outcomes she recommends are always terrific. I feel great about how I look which is much younger than my age. The office is beautiful and well run. The staff is very welcoming and efficient. I will keep coming as the results are just the best.

From the moment I walked in the door I was treated special. Prompt service, grabbed a quick cup of tea and met with Ally, the Medical Aesthetician for consultation, review of my skin and treatment plan. She is extremely knowledgeable and discussed how her plan can fit in with my present regimen. I had a microderm abrasion, mud mask and another small treatment. She made me feel totally relaxed and confident in her skill. I would highly recommend her services. This was followed by a discussion with Dr. Neigel about other possible services and future treatment. She is very knowledgeable about appropriate actions for a woman my age. I highly recommend this Physician, Aesthetician and office.

I came to Dr Neigel in my mid forties a few years ago for help in holding back the clock in the aging process. Through a combination of Botox, Sculptra and fillers, not only has she helped me achieve this, but her recommendations have actually turned back the clock! On a recent visit, I had the pleasure of seeing her PA Sarah Lazarus who gave me cheek definition with Radiesse. Since that visit I hear over and over, "have you lost weight?" and "your face looks thinner." I am thankful to Dr Neigel and her dedicated and professional staff. I have never had to wait an unreasonable amount of time and have always been able to get an appointment within days. I never get tired of hearing "you can't be 50 years old!" Waste of my money. Results were terrible.. Waters down botox... Completely incompetent. Nasty, rude.When I complained the staff hung up on me.. So incredibly rude... Overpriced .. Not worth my time.. Bad experience.. A real con artist..... Liar .. Bad Bad doctor who has no compassion..Out to make money NOT please her patients... Makes up prices as it goes... In my experience she is not qualified to be a cosmetic surgeon or do any fillers.... SAVE YOUR MONEY...

I can usually make a quick assessment of the quality of a medical experience that is coming by the initial quality of the staff. That proved very true in working with Dr. Neigel and her staff. They were exceptional with information, help and instructions from beginning to end. She surgically corrected an eyelid that has been drooped since birth. The procedure was quick and painless and now two weeks later I have a visual field I was missing for over 60 years. I cannot recommend them higher, and already have to friends and family!

wait times are inordinant-it takes less than an hour for the procedure I should not be waiting for 2 hours in the waiting area and then an additional 45 minutes in exam room. My warning sign should have been the 2 ladies talking about that they had been waiting for over 2 hours and they always wait. Second, there is a consultation fee-it is $100 which I was NOT told about. I felt trapped to have something done here so as to not waste the $100 and the additional $265 i spent was a waste BC THERE IS NO DIFFERENCE! When I called to ask about my options I was spoken to abruptly and inexperienced and basically told I would have to pay another $365, how is that an option? UPDATE: just received a call from the medical office manager that she finds my online review "disturbing" and that there physician will not rectify the problem and "good luck" getting a refund bc I wrote a NEGATIVE online review!!!!!
