I have been going to Dawn for close to 10 years after my previous OB-GYN retired. My visits are always pleasant. Punctuality has been prompt. At most I have had to wait 10 to 15 minutes. This is not a problem to me. She makes me feel comfortable with any issues I may have. More importantly, she asked me questions my previous OB-GYN had asked before. Example, Is my love/sx life satisfying? I followed Dawn over from her previous location in Wayne and would recommend her to anyone looking for an OB-GYN.

I was not happy with the staff of the Ridgewood office and would never go back. They were rude and the nurse that took my vitals treated me like I was her 10 year old daughter she was scolding. You sit in the chair in the hallway to get weighed and get your blood pressure taken and there is no privacy. I filled out the paperwork at the office and on the portal but still had to answer the same questions from the rude nurse, she just read them right off the paper as I sat in this "dunce" chair in the hallway. Then comes Dawn, super friendly and talkative but she called me the poster child for osteoporosis by just looking at me then called me boney and skinny and scrawny and pale and telling me those are all characteristics of osteoporosis. I liked her as a person but her bedside manner was a little lacking. The office as a whole though didn't appeal to me. No one even said hello to me when I came in. I was just standing there waiting for someone to help me while they all looked down and ignored me. Just very unprofessional. But that nurse, ugh, so unfriendly.

Obviously we are not talking about the same Dawn Ammirata, my daughter went to see her yesterday at Ridgewood, and she was very rude, and yell at her, STOP IT, when she stared to cry, because she has not been feeling well later, she apologized after, not being sensitive to your patient is not my kind of a health care provider, she was very unprofesional and arrogant, one star for you Dawn Ammirata

Dawn you need to come back to wayne! When they asked me who else I want to see when they told me you left I felt uncomfortable knowing someone else will be examing me you made me feel very comfortable

I'm so glad to hear that Dawn is accessible again and in another setting! Dawn has been my caregiver for at least 10 years and I'd follow her anywhere. I've recommended her several times and sincerely believe she has my best interests top of mind. Looking forward to seeing her soon!

Dawn is no longer in Wayne. Could not get information on where she went from office so good old yahoo worked. She has a web page dawnammirata.com but she is located in Ridgewood. If you want to find her! LOVE HER.......will be seeing her there.

Dawn is the best doctor I have ever been to. She is the only person to have ever helped me with a specific problem that I have been dealing with and I don't know what I would have done if I had not found her! She is extremely knowledgeable and has provided me with information that no other doctor has even come close to. I recommend Dawn to everyone!

Where is she? I called Womens Health in Wayne and was told she was out and was not coming back! Had to make an appointment with someone else. I want Dawn! She could find something totally horrible during an examination and immediately make you feel safe and comfortable. Some one find her or find out if she left the office in Wayne for good. I just hope she is ok and not ill herself.
