Dr.Debra McDaniel is the best pediatrition! She has helped my daughter out so much since the day she was born. My daughter is nine years old now. She is the most caring doctor! My daughter was born with fetal hydantoin syndrome and autism and Dr. McDaniel has helped me and my daughter deal with all of this. You couldnt ask for a better doctor. Shes the best!!!!

Many people have a problem with Dr. McDaniel because her first reaction to a sick child is not to pump them full of medication. For the parents that are too lazy or too impatient to wait for a child to get better from a cold, but instead demand medication, this is not the doctor for you. For parents who smoke around their kids and then complain about asthma in a 6-year-old, this is certainly not the doctor for you. Dr. McDaniel expects lifestyle changes before writing a prescription. It isn't safe to use drugs as a solution for every problem your child has.

My son was sick and i called to get him in the urgent care, they said she was working, i ended up taking him to the hospital. She is the worst dr for children. She knows nothing about kinds health. A friends daughter almost died because McDaniel said nothing was wrong with her. Do not take your children here.

From the time my daughter was born the was throwing up large amounts. I was breast feeding at the time and would projectile vomit what looked like most of what she ate. I saw dr.mcdaniel repeatedly who started telling me to give my daughter formula and put rice in her bottles at 4 weeks old. We saw her two weeks later and she kept telling me to add more rice to the bottle, which made the bottles almost as thick as a frosty milk shake. It still didn't help so we switched to hypoallergenic formula which helped a bit, she still puked alot of what she ate after eating. Finally at 2 months we switched to Dr.Malone who immediately told us to take her off the rice, and started reflux medications. I find it rediculous that dr.mcdaniel thought nothing was wrong with her when she lost 2 pounds from the time we left the hospital until she was two weeks. It took another 4 weeks to gain the weight back! After being on medication she gained weight with no problem.
