Loved her for years now she must of taken on too many, I've left seven messages that I'm in pain, no call back, my apt has been changed three times with out me asking and the latest it changing it to three months away! I need a doctor now. I thought I was getting the call regarding my pain! Very disappointed. A bad traffic accident with a death also made me 13 mins late one time and I was told I had to make a new apt. Three months away was first available. Sit in office for hour she is in and out in mins. Good doc. Over booked . Not good if you have an Emergancy or need a refill on meds either. Very upset I need to find a new doc because I referred people.

Dr. Eid is warm and caring and incredibly knowledgeable. She never rushes you, and spends as much time with you as necessary. Dr. Eid listens intently, asks questions, and treats you as if you are her only patient. Not only that, Dr. Eid never gave up on me when other doctors did. I feel so lucky to have her as my Rheumatologist!
