He good. I liked him. Also I think the person who rated him a one star was confused by he rating system. The rating doesn't match their comments. Just saying.

Justin is fantastic. He's totally down to earth and real. He doesn't beat around the bush and makes you feel very comfortable.

This guy is legitimately a great person. I was going through an extremely difficult time with my mother, which led to a lot of fights. As well as school issues when it comes to being relentlessly bullied. This guy helped me out and gave me legitimate advice to help deal with a lot of my issues with my mother. As for the bullying, I already knew, to some extent, how to deal with bullying but he gave me some ways on how to actually make it better. Tweak it, if you must. Thanks to him, my life has slowly become less terrible!
