Dr. Kholov and his staff are amazing. I was a patient when I was 19 and my teeth were fixed without any extractions. My daughter is now a patient at 18 and I feel they are doing an amazing job. Dr Kholov was able to do what other orthodontists told my daughter was not possible, so it was worth the extra travel to see him. He is a genius of orthodontics and always serves his patients with a smile. Keep up the great work.

He is the BEST doctor. He does not deserve 5 star. HE DESERVE MORE THAN 5 STAR. ALL I CAN SAY HE IS THE BEST BEST BEST DOCTOR ORTHODONTIST. HIS TEAM MEMBERS ARE ALSO VERY EXPERT IN THEIR FIELD. THEYVARE AWSOME. DR Kholov and his staff members are incredible in their job and commitment. They really know how to deal with the patients. Dr Kholov and his team doing are the best. If someone is really serious in his or her dental treatment,I would highly recommend this doctor, BEST CHOICE.

Absolutely agree with the previous comment about appointment management. Very overbooked. If you have to rebook due to personal circumstances, they rebook you one month forward. They literally tell you that they are overbooked and that is why my child cannot get proper treatment that was paid for and has to rewear old sets of Invisalign. The staff that answers the phone has a very rude attitude. I would not be allowed to talk to my clients like that if my boss wanted to run successful proper business.

I purchased lifetime service only to be denied when I needed an actual repair. All I needed was a simple re-bonding of the cement on ONE tooth, expecting it to be covered under the lifetime service warranty my family paid THOUSANDS of dollars for. Instead of honouring the agreement, he unilaterally decided to screw over his legacy patients. He is literally faulting his own patients for the ill-conceived deal that he himself created. If I was a vindictive person, I would sic my lawyers on him so that he would be inundated with legal worries. Instead, I will inform would-be clients to steer clear and send your hard earned dollars elsewhere.

Have no complaints to professional side of Dr. Kholov.
But appointment management is terrible. Despite they can’t provide existing patients with appointments ( I am not considering normal issue if you want to move an appointment they move you 3 weeks later)! Absolutely not helpful administrative staff and desire to get more and more customers despite they don’t have time to existing ones!!!

Dr. Eugene Kholov bullied me on several occasions.

(I was a very shy & insecure 20 yr. old at the time)

I'm surprised at other reviews because I always thought everyone else in the office was nice except him.

1. Dr Kholov was very attentive during my 1st appointment but then I was passed off to others. 1 man in particular was new and not very good.
2. When I came back to have my wire fixed (a new hire had done it) by Dr. Kholov, he gave me a lot of attitude. Dr. Kholov fixed it (he is very skilled at what he does) but he was angry I came to have it fixed and insisted it was fine before, even though I told him I had passed out from pain and my gums were bleeding...it took 2 minutes to fix it!
3. My wisdom teeth came out and pushed my teeth around and completely destroyed the improvement the braces made...The man who removed my wisdom teeth asked why no one at Dr. Kholov's office mentioned that I needed them removed. He said it would have been 100% evident in their x-rays
4. The day I got my braces off Dr. Kholov rolled his eyes and yelled at me again

* My mom was a patient of Dr. Kholov's years earlier. She did say that he was very kind and attentive to her. She came with me to my appointments and was shocked at how rude he was to me for no reason and how he never checked on my progress during any appointments.

I had extremely bad teeth as a child and was brought to Dr. Eugene Kholov by my parents at a young age. He did an impeccable job and was able to over accommodate my families financial situation. Years later my younger brother also needed braces and we consulted with Dr Kholov again to which he was able to help no problems ! The office is such a calm atmosphere and I loved going there with my father as a child, my father is no longer with us and the memories I have from going to this office with him will never be forgotten! Thank you for that!

I would not recommend Dr. Kholov. Rude, arrogant, indifferent, an unpleasant treatment experience all-round. Post braces my jaw now cracks every time I move it and it frequently locks open or closed causing significant pain.

Favourite receptionist Joanne, always very nice and friendly. I only go to her to choose another date to come see the doctor. The young workers who look at my teeth instead of Dr.Kholov screwed up a few times, causing my tooth to feel chip. As for the doctor himself, he knows what he is doing, and he's a professional at his job.
