Need to vent

So today I went and saw my pcp. Its been maybe the 3rd or 4th time ive seen him in total. I usually spend 5 mins explain my symptoms, he writes a script or sends me to a specialist and I leave. Today..I went prepared...I wrote down in 2 journals that I keep for my aches and pains monthly as well as all my results for xrays and mris that he did not have. I gave him copies since he didnt have them which I thought was weird cause he should be checking with other doctors he sends me to to see what they say. Yeah, no, he didnt. So since my mri showed my thyroid nonspecific, I brought up my tsh level of being 3.44 which is within normal but a higher normal and asked him to run t3 and t4 anything thyroid and he told me no!. I asked him why and started to say that thyroid runs in my family and the research ive read and ppl telling me things in this group as well as others to get a t3 and t4 done he cutme off In mid sentence and started yelling at me, saying hes the doctor, he dont care what anyone says or asks me to get or what I researched that I need to only listen to him. At this point I was alrdy shocked and crying and then he asks why I cry that hes getting orders done for m to have ultrasounds done, and other blood work. I said crying and emotional out of breath that I dont appreciate him yelling at me and then he says well u just need to listen and see im ordering all this test and sending u to spine doctor and this and that. 5 steps he told me including surgery for gallstone and possible removal of gallbldder. I said om fine. I left to front desk to get my orders sill very upset he yelled at me and wouldnt listen , he wouldnt even read my journals. His wife is at front desk asks me what is wrong, I tell her he yelled at me and im upset. She leaves for 10 mins and talkd to him. Then I go back to another room where he talks to me again with a nurse there, asks me whats wrong and I say the same thing. In front of the nurse he turns everything around on me saying I never listen to him and I alway yell at him. I said no no no I dont! I hardly speak to him but tell him why I dont. Feel well and go on my way. Doctors scare me and there is a language barrier with his thick accent its hard to understand him so I never ask questions. This is my health and I want amswers. I did or said nothing wrong but yell back the second time while crying and having a nervous breakdown and I stormed out of there calling him an A-hole and that I was gonna call the BBB on him. I left without all my orders that were in his hands because I just couldnt be in that room with him anymore. I cried all the way to my aunts house. Come to find out he actually called my house, not sure why. Needless to say I am now looking for another doctor, calling my insurance and letting them know what happened. Dr mullam is a jerk face! Now ive had a headache/migraine for 3 hrs, my back hurts, im stressed beyond belief. Anyways, thanks for reading this long vent.

Grandfather kept telling doctor Mallam that he was having stomach issues. He didn't seem to worried about it and told us to just change what he's eating. Three weeks later my grandfather started throwing up blood and was taken by ambulance to Barstow hospital where he was under Dr.Mallams super vision. Three days later my grandfather died of an upper GI bleed. I wouldn't recommend him to my worst enemy.

mallam...pronounced MORON at my house. this guy is a quack that somehow got his medical licence out of a box of quacker jacks! I went for constant pain in my left foot assosiated with the pain in my lower back/hip area. i suggested siatic nerve, he said diabetes. i went thru all the tests for diabetes and all came back good. not any other tests were done and i still have the pain. next, i strained my elbow and he said i had high blood pressure. he put me on blood pressure pills. 2 weeks after starting the blood pressure pills, i was getting very lightheadded and close to passing out. I called him and asked if i should discontinue taking them and he suggested i take 2 pills a day. I asked if he could check my blood pressure (2 blocks away) but he was too busy. "go to wallmart" he said. it (blood pressure) was way too low. I have been seing him for a 40% hiatle hernia for over a year now and still no surgery. he is an idiot and wouldnt recomend anybody to see him.

I visited this doctor once due to pain in my leg while walking, the staff was courteous and I was taken care in a timely fashion. He is very knowledgeable too.I am 75 year old and will visit again as it is very close to my home.

I was seeing him for several years for what I thought was just high blood pressure. I told him several times during my visits that I was experiencing numbness around my mouth a jaw. He told me not to worry. In January of this year I had a pain in my jaw and went to emergency a day later during an angio plasty I suffered a heart attack. Needless to say, he is not my doctor anymore.

Arrived at 8:30 am to fill out papework - appt was for 9am. At 9:30am I inquired as to the wait - and was told that he wouldn't even arrive until 10am. Doctor was hard to understand and wanted to do many tests that had little to do with the reason I came to see him. I will not go back to see him again - his ad was very deceptive.
