Working with this therapist was not a good experience. She was not attentive nor present. I agree with what another reviewer said that she spent most of the time talking about herself. I had never experienced that with another therapist and it was uncomfortable as she would already only give me 30 minutes of our hourly session so I didn’t really get to say or talk about the things I needed to. It felt like she just gave generic responses and did not really listen to me. She cut every single session extremely short and canceled many sessions without notice. It’s very unfortunate when someone who is supposed to be there to help you doesn’t take that job seriously. Will be looking for a new therapist

At least 50% of my appts were spent listening to Dr. Costello talk about herself. She'd ask a question, then interrupt the answer to empathize, but would end up just bringing the focus back to herself and ramble. A warm person, but not in tune with needs of clients.
