Had shoulder surgery by Dr. Khan and no longer in pain after 3 weeks of surgery. My shoulder pain started after a soccer accident 2 years ago. Couldn’t sleep at night and shoulder kept on dislocating. Experienced guy and does mainly shoulder surgery. I would recommend him to anyone with shoulder issues.

I made the terrible mistake of having a surgery with him. Not once since he performed the surgery has he ever checked my shoulder, touched it to feel the big lump I have and have been complaining about. He refused to order PT until 5 months after when I demanded and said would not live office until I get referral request. On top of that last time he was screaming to another patient to the top of his lungs, "you called me Mother Fu..er!" patient insisted he did not yet Dr Khan screamed the same thing time after time. I reported him to the VP of Operations at Concentra. First response was "well, it seems patient said it first" so I said "and shouldn't he have maintained posture instead of acting worst than patient?" nobody heard patient but everyone heard Dr Khan's screams. A total trash person that if patient did indeed say that, should have turned around and refuse to treat patient. That is what a classy person does. Do not recommend at all!

Dr. Khan operated on my shoulder. The guy knows what he's talking about. Spends a lot of time reviewing the xrays and mris. He took the time to explain why I needed surgery and what he would be doing step by step. The day of the surgery, I was very nervous but he reviewed everything with me and made me feel comfortable. post-surgery, he stayed with me until I was no longer in pain and was discharged. He genuinely cares for his patients. Looks young but is experienced.

Probably the best surgeon I came across as I have had many surgeries in the past from different surgeons. I'm so glad I went to him for my shoulder repair. Dr. Khan is very competent in his area of expertise. He understands well patients concerns. Highly highly recommend him.

Dr Khan operated on my shoulder and its as good as new. It took about 4 months of rehab but the experience was worth it. The wait times can be long because Dr khan spends his time with each patient. Will definitely recommend.

What can I say? This man saved my life from a serious car accident. I would not be here now if it wasn't for him. He's also a caring doctor and I hope that demeanour stays with him throughout his career.

Suffered shoulder and cervical spine pain for almost a year after a tragic road accident. I have been to four orthopaedic surgeons during the course. Dr. Maher was the fourth one. The earlier three doctors were sixty plus old school guys. They had a typical approach and behavior of 80's during physical examination. Radiology even MRI was negative but I had a persistence pain which had added to lots of inconvenience to my life. Oral medication for pain management was the only prescription I got from those old school surgeons. Upon referral from one of my friends I visited Dr Maher about three months ago. While taking my clinical history and subsequent physical examination this young surgeon exhibited such norms and and evaluation procedures that I found myself being treated by a doctor of 21st century. He is intellectually smart, professionally competent, unconventional and radically up-to-date surgeon whose evaluation, diagnostic and subsequent treatment was fourth generation I must say. My chronic pain has subsided in 40 days time and I am back to normal life. Bottom line..... resort to young doctors for their contemporary professional knowledge, modern and energetic thought provoking approach towards evaluation and diagnostic. Highly recommended.

Dr Khan is an amazing surgeon. He has excellent bedside manners. I had a complete rotator cuff tear along with a subscap tear 3 months ago. He fixed me all through keyhole/arthroscopic surgery when two other surgeons in the area had told me that they will have to open my shoulder. I have little pain and have good motion. Don't be fooled by his young looks. I recommend him to anyone.
