I visited 6th ave location.hour plus wait times,staff food in exam rooms,no walls,all curtains so staff has casual conversations through curtains during exams.I asked the Dr about the wait times & he said,literally 'welcome to New York' terrible office

Dr.kim is the most wonderful man on this earth I'm so grateful for him and staff for helping me out with my condition. There was one point in life where I wanted to kill myself but dr.kim turned everything around . Thank you

I became a patient of Dr. Kim about five months now. In the little time that I've been here he has helped me regain my strength in my legs to be able to walk about in my day to day life. I was almost on the verge of using a cane to help me get around. Dr Kim has helped me improve my way of life. I would like to give a special thanks to the ablation staff and especially Dr. Choi for being gentle and informative.

Service provided is very good. Doctors and staff are very nice. I went to many doctors about my leg pain, none had answers. Back Kim has not only diagnosed my problem but actually helped me. I am very happy and feel much better!!!

Dr. Kim and his operational "manager", Stephanie Choi, are committing insurance fraud and are in the process of being audited. How do I know? Because their facility has no rooms and I can hear every word that this quack was discussing with his nurses. Stephanie Choi was incredibly rude and unknowledgeable of basic insurance practices. Kim was distracted and constantly on his phone. There is a reason this place has such poor reviews. This is a shady business. DO NOT TRUST.

My name is Noel Gonzalez and before I started getting treatments at Heart And Veins NYC, I had to walk with a cane and my legs were real swollen and with a lot of pain, but thanks to Dr. Kim and his staff I am able to function normally again. My wife is happy, so is the rest of my family. I fully recommend this place. Thank you!

Dr. Back Kim never sees he patients, he sends his minions ( NPs, MA's and staff) to 'deal' with them. When ever you do see him , its a rushed 5 min briefing with no actual medical examination . The front Desk staff is ruined by a young asian woman by the name of Stephanie who just sits in the back and backs orders. The appointments are never fixed, they are changed on a daily basis leaving a lot of confusion and double bookings. Patients wait for over 3 hours to be seen. Curtains are used to divide the "rooms" so there's absolutely NO privacy. NP Choi is very nice and he tries his best to give attention and medical care to patients but the amount of patient per day to the amount of staff is too much. The office is small and they overbook the times leaving to angry patients, stressed staff and one rich doctor.
