Dr. Johnson was the on call doctor the night before an ice storm. We had been calling the office for 3 days without any response for my elderly mother who had thrush in her mouth due to the inhaler she has to use and was very uncomfortable and it was getting worse every day and we were desperate to get it before the ice storm hit. I called and explained everything. The answering service called back and said the doctor said to get with the office in the morning. I explained again that we had already tried 3 times and that’s why we were trying the after hours. Also we were trying to get this done before the ice storm hit. They obviously couldn’t do anything. This was an extremely simple task the doctor could’ve helped with and chose just not to.
This has been a problem for her before that has caused her extreme complications while in the hospital. The thrush will only continue to get worse, especially having to use her inhaler and breathing treatment. We are now worried that our only option will be the emergency room if a storm does hit. I will be filing a complaint on Dr. Johnson

I’ve never had an experience like this. I’ve never had a doctor say no to calling in any prescription I’ve requested. And I’m appalled that it’s one that it’s for something so simple but the issue it’s for causes significant suffering. We’ve already been waiting on the office since last Thursday. It’s now Monday night. It’s completely unacceptable. It would be unacceptable even if there wasn’t an ice storm coming, but with the threat of an ice storm in beyond livid.

They lost my c t cd and medical records ,they act like they seen me one time but it was more times

Dr. Johnson is very knowledgeable and has an excellent bedside manner. She seems concerned to get to the root of the problem and help the patient.
