was seen for x rays, ins paid in full, while waiting for next appointment, I needed to have a tooth pulled right then. called and begged for 4 days to be seen. they would not even return my call. so I went to someone new, they refused to send new doctor my files. forcing me to pay for more xrays, ect. out of my pocket. they were very rude to new dentists staff
