Great doctor. Very smart & caring. Bedside manner is excellent-she saw my mother in tge hospital which promoted me to switch to her,too.

In short, she is a wonderful physician. I was seen at the Northside Forsyth office & my visit was smooth & pleasant. Her nurse was wonderful-explained the preperation for an upcoming procedure very clearly,she even gave me coupons for free medication. It seems like this doctor has a great relationship with her nurse-she actually mentioned her nurse is the one who runs the show. (I thought that was funny). Dr. Karim made me feel comfortable. She answered all of my questions, even gave me her email & told me to call if I ever had any questions. I was waiting in the room before I was seen for about 30 minutes before I was seen making the whole visit about 1.5 hour from the time I got there, filling out paperwork to the time I left. I was a little aggravated at this but her attitude and warmness made up for it. My sister is seen in the Roswell offce and says that office is completely different so she will be transferring to this location as well-I have guaranteed her she will be much happier here. 5 stars for this sweet doctor & the whole office.

Terrible experience with this location and physician (Roswell/ North Fulton). From the moment I entered the office as a new patient and every dealing with them since. Front desk office was RUDE. Medical assistant was rude. Doctor felt like she wasn't interested in what I had to say and kept her eyes closed the whole time. I have been trying to get someone to call me back for a week and a half now...no return call. multiple messages left to get my results, no return call. Their voicemail says that calls will be returned by 3pm the following day. Don't believe it, they never call you back.
