Dr Bica spent almost an hour with me and listened to all my concerns. He helped me understand what is going on with my back and things that I can and cannot do. He was extremely helpful, courteous and professional. I would highly recommend him.

Dr Bica told me his office was going electronic so i did not need to make another appointment that his staff would contact me with my next appointment. Well they never did after three visits he didn't help me and then just gave up very unprofessional, a doctor who doesn't have the will to tell his patient the truth is useless. This was the most unprofessional experience in my last 13 years of back problems. Mr Bica talks a good game but the was on the first visit subsequent visits he talked to me less and finally QUIT on me. The office had no problem charging me the money that was not covered int the contractual amounts from BC/BS of RI. A scam if you can't help let your patients know this so they can seek help elsewhere.
