My visits with Dr. Charles are pleasant, He takes time to listen and express his concerns to how you are feeling. Dr. Charles does not prescribe Narcotics for those who are just wanting narcotics.

Dr. Charles is the kindest, most caring doctor I have ever met. I came from experiences with other doctors where I couldn't be seen for a month anytime I needed an appt., having to play phone tag back and forth multiple times just to speak to anyone in the office, etc. Dr. Charles gave me his clinic email address the first time I saw him, and told me to email if I had any questions or if my condition worsened. I have been a patient of Dr. Charles for the past 6 years, and during that time he has come in on his day off to see me in an emergency situation, called me personally to check on me or deliver medical information, and I NEVER have to wait more than a day or so to see him or communicate with him in some form or another. Dr. Charles cares not only for his patients' physical health, but their emotional/mental health, as well. On numerous occasions he has taken a few extra minutes to talk with me or counsel me. I can't imagine a more devoted, dedicated PCP than Dr. Charles.
