IMO Dr. Gilmour is a "My way or the highway" type of Doctor. He is more interested in which treatment will expend the least amount of HIS time rather than what treatment will best fit his patient! Very disappointing. Also, his staff has been known to "exaggerate lab results" to frighten the patient into scheduling more office visits.

Very thorough, sensitive to the fact my COBRA had run out. Got much more than my money's worth. Took all the time needed.
