So far, the best dentist I’ve had because he’s multitalented, with warm and comfort approach. He’s taking the time for you and I really feel like home at the clinic.

The best dental care I have ever experienced!

Professional, courteous, and friendly staff made me feel like family… would highly recommend to anyone!!!

Here’s why:

1. Dentist is extremely ethical, honest and highly experienced. He’s not pushy and doesn’t recommend what you don’t need.
2. Dentist is highly skilled and gentle. Extremely comfortable experience - I almost fell asleep on the chair :)
3. Value for money: They use lead-free, high quality and durable material. They do the right job from the first time: In a way, one visit at this place is worth multiple visits elsewhere and obviously pretty much less pain!
4. They have all services - I hate it when a dentist sends me somewhere else.
5. They use advanced technology: you can see everything in front of you on the screen - you can have your crown done in ten minutes (most importantly - no temporary, no multiple tryout visits - everything is done in one visit).
6. They took care of coordinating with my insurance to process my claim.
7. They were able to book multiple appointments for me and my kids at the same time - as a parent, I find this extremely convenient to avoid going back and forth for each appointment.
8. .The front desk staff makes you feel right at home immediately when you walk in the door. Everything was on time (I never waited more than 5 minutes for my appointment) and it was an extremely professionally run office.
9. Office is located in the West Island, DDO with a lot of free parking.

Dr Karim El-Samra is a genuinely caring, and a highly knowledgeable dentist. Professional in every way, and his staff is a perfect reflection of him. Ultimately, his aim is to restore healthy oral conditions, which is what a good dentist is all about. So, yes, he may suggest procedures but in the end the patient is always free to decide whether or to proceed or not. Was very impressed by the new computer technology employed. This man is a doctor, an engineer, and an artist all rolled into one -- so glad to have found him.

This dentiste is far too busy. If I am not able to get an appointment convenient for my schedule, it is bad to start. Then it is long between availabilities. I suppose this is because of the money. Lucky there is ni shortages of Dentistes in this area!

Dr. El-Samra is a fantastic dentist. Very kind, considerate and passionate. He really makes you feel comfortable and informed. The office is pristine and fully equipped with new technology. The staff are all wonderful. My only small complaint is that because Dr. El Samra is so thorough and caring with his patients you’re often left waiting around for him during your appointment time while he attends to other patients.

Le Dr El-Samra est un dentiste courtois, délicat et très professionnel. Les plombages sont maintenant devenus pour moi l'équivalent de "A walk in the park".

Lorsque que j'ai une intervention pour un rehaussement de gencives, tout s'est très bien déroulé et aucune infection lors de ma récupération suivant les conseils de M. El-Samra. Il a même eu la gentillesse d'appeler à ma pharmacie afin de s'assurer que l'on me prescrive les bons antibiotiques. Je le recommande fortement!

He WAS a good dentist.He is a sanctimonious health nut. I go to a dental office for dentistry-, not sermons. Don't try to sell me essential oils and don't tell me what foods I use my teeth to masticate with that are unethical. Oh, and don't pile on the appointments, I arrived on time for a reason. Essentially, you are dissing me at each turn.
