My first impression while not knowing what to expect and with some concern dissolved during the first five minutes of our conversation. Doctor Croome quickly established via her questions, her posture and demeanor, my trust in her being a true professional who wanted to investigate in depth my health history and my apparent issues. As a strategic business and communications consultant, now retired. I identified with her approach to listen, understand, and confirm via further testing in order to provide a positive fact-based analysis of the issues to be addressed. Humanizing our exchange with clarifying what steps were to follow added to my confidence in her. I was totally impressed, yet still as expected, worried about what the future procedures may expose. .

Dr. Croome is amazing! Even though I have no clear diagnosis she makes sure to monitor and provide continual support. When other doctors have let me down, she has been amazing!

It is obvious that Dr. Croome is a patient centered doctor. She is knowledgeable and has a terrific 'bed side' manner. She is willing to answer all of my questions and is very reassuring. I believe one needs to trust their doctor. I trust her implicitly.

For me she is an awesome 👍 caring Doctor. She spends all the time to go through medical reports blood reports. She'll ask questions she explains things so that I can understand what she saying. Dr. Croome has been taking care of my wellbeing since I donated a kidney to my brother in 2018. She has given me wonderful reassuring support. She listens to my concerns and offers advice with practical suggestions which allay my concerns. She has great patience and empathy.

She was awful! I refused to return to her. Asked me questions then argued the answers! Called me a lier, was rude and condescending!
I would never recommend this person.
