Staff: hands appear to be tied. Likely instructions from management to have as high of turnover as possible. This means taking in all walkins even if schedule is fully booked with regular patients. Wait time is usually about an hour. Staff will not allow you to pick up a report without booking an appointment - even something as simple as a blood result. When you do get into a room you still need to wait and if there is any pause in the examination, Dr. Bahmutan will then go see another patient and make you wait (for example if she goes to get a printed report you will find yourself waiting a long time or if she goes to print you a prescription you can end up waiting another 20 minutes). Personally i am not bothered if a doctor is not friendly or polite, I prefer knowledge over politeness. However, I do not want to be insulted during a doctor's visit which is often the case. I would go elsewhere and have changed doctors due to the above.

she is so nice and thoughtful but there is a big issue with wait time, no matter what time your appointment is , you have to minimum of an hour to hour and a half just to get in and then another half an hour inside till doctor come and see you.

I have been seeing Dr bahmutan for years now and although I have never complained before, I feel like it is too much and something needs to be done. When you call this doctor you are always put on hold. When you finally get someone on the phone it is very hard to book an appointment. At last you get one, and the staff say that it is the only spot. You take it and when you show up is when you realize that it doesn't really matter that you have one. Nobody there knows what punctuality means and there is absolutely no respect for anyone's time. If you are patient enough (or if you have nothing else to do) to wait for the doctor....then another surprise. She comes in to see you in a rush and makes you feel like she's actually doi g you a favor to give you 3 minutes.

I don't understand why patients that care and enough to make an appointment and arrive to it early are treated like this....
