Dr Hayes was very kind and understanding. He spent time discussing my symptoms and options. He seemed to personally care about my well being. I have been going to him for almost 10 years now and he has never disappointed me or any of my friends and family. I would recommend him to everyone. He is a caring man.

Dr. Hayes is quick, but he doesn't listen very well or seem to want to spend time with you--he is also quick to just hand you a prescription without really talking to you much about your symptoms. If you bring up alternatives or want to discuss his plan of action, he will dismiss you almost instantly--doesn't seem to be very open minded. I think he's probably a good doctor for routine things like colds & flu.

First he is OLD, and has that gruff additude that is not great for bedside mannor. In fact I think he is quite rude and does not listen very well. I will not be recommending him to friends nor returning. I hope another doc in the same office is better because I really love the staff.
