Both of my children are patients of Dr. Rosenberg and I honestly could not be happier. Having two young children with braces has meant many broken wires/brackets/complaints of pain, and without fail the clinic has gotten us in asap, fixed the issue and never once made them feel bad. I 100% recommend this clinic to anyone needing orthodontic treatment.

Appointments are pre-assigned, and do not take into consideration a patient’s availability. Changing an appointment is also hard and the front desk is very unwilling to accommodate. The office manager is rude, presumptuous and arrogant. Once parents make the commitment they are treated as mere cash machines and are made to wait in the hallway, while the children are treated on an assembly line, literally lying on beds next to each other. Overall, not a pleasant experience.

Everyone is extremely friendly and always helpful. Dr Rosenberg and his whole team always go above and beyond. Appointments are always on time. I highly recommend Humbertown Orthopaedics.

The care Dr Rosenberg and his staff provide is above and beyond. From the moment you walk in the door the difference is evident. Everyone is kind,  patient, and they take time to thoroughly explain. Even my anxious little boy had an amazing experience.

I would highly recommend Dr. Rosenberg and his team at Humbertown Orthodontics for anyone looking for skillful orthodontic treatment. My daughter had braces put on February 2020, right at the start of the pandemic, and throughout the process of forced office closures, Dr. Rosenberg remained in contact, and we were able to send in photos and receive feedback and advice. As soon as they were able to open, the office staff went above and beyond to make patients feel as safe and well taken care of as possible under these very challenging circumstances. I always felt safe letting my daughter go in on her own. The progress, and next steps in her treatment were always very well explained, and my daughter was very happy with each visit. I felt assured that she was in great hands, and that her teeth were being well taken care of. They truly take the time and effort to do things right, which I really appreciate. My daughter has recently finished treatment and the results are wonderful. From the staff working on my daughter’s braces over the past couple years, to the office staff booking appointments, the entire team that works in the office is kind and helpful, and has been a pleasure to deal with during any encounter. I am beyond pleased that I chose Dr. Rosenberg, and Humbertown Orthodontics for my family.

Terrible office staff and long wait for appointment. Really don't care that they keep you waiting for months. They are so busy that individuals don't matter and make it very clear that the doctor doesn't need your business. There are much better offices out there. Keep looking.

Between myself and the rest of my family, we have seen many orthodontists in our lifetimes, but Dr. Rosenberg is simply the best.

Dr. Rosenberg is experienced, honest and provides excellent patient care. You can feel comfortable trusting your smile to this orthodontist! His staff are friendly and welcoming and knowledgeable. You will have a wonderful experience in this office. If you are looking for an orthodontist, especially in the Etobicoke area, I would high recommend Dr. Rosenberg and his team first!
