I had braces for around 2 years and got them off about two months ago. All I can say is that my experience throughout those two years and currently (I'm still checking back since I'm currently using a portable retainer right now) has been nothing short of amazing. Dr. Rosenberg and all of his staff are friendly, welcoming, helpful, and informative. They engage with you, ask how you are doing/how your weekend was, etc., unlike some other places where employees may seem like they don't care and just want you in and out. Their punctuality is also one of the best I have ever seen as they are ready to attend you right at the time of your appointment, and if you happen to arrive at the office a little bit before, they can even attend you earlier. Overall, Dr. Rosenberg is a clear expert and professional in his field since his knowledge really reflects in the work he does as I am very satisfied and happy with how my teeth turned out.

If you are considering Invisalign braces, I *highly* recommend the services of Dr. Rosenberg and his staff. I had a choice between an orthodontist closer to my home and commuting nearly 2 hours by TTC to Humbertown Orthodontics; I opted for the latter after initial consultations with both. Why? Because Dr. Rosenberg and his staff seemed to genuinely CARE about their patients. I also so appreciated their explanation about fees. The other office I consulted was vague and hinted about possible extra expenses; in contrast, Humbertown Orthondontics was upfront about everything and answered all my questions.

A year later, I am 100% pleased with my treatment results. Every interaction with Dr. Rosenberg and his staff has been positive. I've also watched Dr. Rosenberg and his staff interact with many young patients and am so impressed by the respect they show every person, no matter what their age, taking the time to answer questions and explain procedures. My appointments are always on time. No wonder my own dentist comes to this office for her own orthondontics treatment! I cannot recommend Humbertown Orthodontics highly enough.

I typically don't post ratings. But in this case I think that the excellent work I had done at Humbertown Orthodontics should be mentioned. I had treatment here as an adult and had such a posiitve experience. Dr. Rosenberg and his staff are very detailed and professional. Dr. Rosenberg is an excellent orthodontist. I've had my braces for about nine months so far and already see a huge change in my teeth. His appointments always run on time and his staff are very nice. Dr. Rosenberg and his staff always inform me of what they are doing with my teeth and answer any of my questions. Dr. Rosenberg's office is also in a very convenient location and is easily accessible by public transit. Dr. Rosenberg's office is always a happy place and I leave with a better smile every time.

We have just finished all treatments and the removal of braces on both of our children through the office of
Dr. Harold Rosenberg, and couldn’t be happier!
From the moment we entered the office, we were delighted with the process, and the professional staff (both the front end and the technicians ) who helped explain the procedure and the cost to have braces for our two children.
Kudos to Dr. Harold Rosenberg for his fabulous work on our children’s teeth. And kudos to his entire staff for their kindness, friendly attitude, and helpfulness along this journey. Especially in our case, because our children are in school in Montreal and it was sometimes very difficult to get back for appointments during the long cold winters.
We were very lucky to have such a wonderful team, looking after our children.
Both of our children’s teeth and smiles look absolutely gorgeous!😃

I brought my daughter to a number of orthodontic consultation. I found Humbertown Orthodontics through a friend. On her recommendation I made a consultation. I was so impressed with the friendliness of the staff and the attention to detail by Dr. Rosenberg. After the consultation by Dr. Rosenberg I had everything explained to me clearly regarding treatment and the next steps to treatment. This time was not spent at the other offices I had consultations at. When we were done my daughter insisted that this was the office she felt most comfortable at. We went ahead a booked and don't regret it. Keep up the good work!!

Dr. Rosenberg has sales staff to pressure moms mostly in a strong & friendly way (after his consultation), to immediately get braces, and the sales staff appear to provide quotes based on what they feel parents can afford (i.e. co-insurance, 2 parents with insurance plans, price skyrockets). He's seems great, but his sales staff need to be replaced for actual medical staff.. .we went to a few places to get assessed and get a quote, and while the orthodontist himself is professional, it looks like he's having to do a real 'sales job' through his in-house sales staff to nail down business... I guess he figures that the area in which he works can afford to get the 'hard sell', but Dr. Rosenberg, your sales staff give the perception to parents that your services cannot 'speak for themselves'. It just looks sad, dishonest (why don't your sales staff identify themselves as such, as opposed to just sitting there and jumping in with the sales pitch?); you do your own professionalism, credibility and capacity a disservice but having a sales person there with you. Parents/ caregivers, try other places... there are many great orthodontists around with better hours, better knowledge and who don't treat you like a meal ticket to 'pump' you for cash (like suggesting you pay up front for ALL your multi-year expenses because your medical plans MAY cover it? Really, is that respectful of children and parents? Shame on you!). Parents, go elsewhere...

I have only great things to say about Dr Rosenberg and his staff. Dr. Rosenberg is knowledgeable, professional and has a great rapport with his patients. His staff are wonderful. The assistants/technicians are all very friendly and professional . The front desk staff are all so kind and lovely and really go out of their way to accommodate any issues/emergency appointments etc. All in all, this has been a pleasant experience for myself and two kids.

We highly recommend Dr. Harold Rosenberg and his team. My eldest first went to him and we were very happy with the results. My daughter is currently seeing him now and had some major work to be done. We didn’t think it could be fixed but Dr. Rosenberg assured us he would get the job done and he is true to his word. Her teeth look amazing. I just finished my Invisalign and love to smile now. Dr. Rosenberg and his staff are amazing.
