This doctor really spend time talking about other things other than consultation for my Sleep apnea problem.
When I asked for prescription, the receptionist just gave me a photocopy with Dr. Felix Liu initials only
THE BIGGEST PROBLEM is they are NOT WILLING TO GIVE ME THE ORIGINAL PRESCRIPTION. He mentioned that he must give back the BUSINESS of purchasing the new CPAP to CPAP CLINIC at 7155 Woodbine Ave, I find this very fishy. The prescription was address to them directly.

SINCE I DO NOT LIKE THE SERVICE from CPAP Clinic, I decided to go to another CPAP store to purchase my machine.

The receptionist JANICE was very rude and insisted that that is their new prescription practice. I was really MAD and decide not to see this doctor ever again.

Most horrible doctor experience ever. Mumbles rude and sarcastic comments during consultations. Just wants to rush to finish so that he can collect the OHIP money. Threatens to report you to Ministry of transportation to revoke your drivers license if you don’t follow up with them. Has no interest in patient’s well being, zero compassionate. Office is dirty and zero renos since the 1980s. Absolutely no Covid protocols in place despite treating pulmonary conditions. Any 5 star ratings here must be family and friends. Do not waste your time with this “doctor”

Incredible doctor. Dr Liu was very patient, and explained things very thoroughly with me. By far the best specialist that I've seen. Really shows he cares about the patient.

Unprofessional. Is only driven by money paid by ohip and not for the welfare of his patients. Asked for a prescription and he refused because he does not get paid for it. I will be switching to a doctor that is practicing for the betterment of their patients and not nickel and dime for paid prescriptions. Also never on time for appointments and staff have the same attitude as doctor or so called doctor.

I thought I was in good hands when I had my first 2 or 3 visits with Dr.Liu re my COPD. Is he still practicing?! I have no idea because since my last checkup well over a year ago I'd left several messages with his (competent?!?!) receptionist. All were ignored and answered until.....wonder if wonders! A call! Really? You're calling me about my thrice rescheduled appointment a day before to see if I wan't a telephone appointment?! 🤣😂🤣
Yeah. I guess when you need the money from OHIP for a 5 minute call all of a sudden I am important again. $$$$$
How am I supposed to get an accurate estimate on the current state of my lungs this way? Shall I breathe through the phone for you Dr Liu or perhaps you are also a trainer psychic? I realize you must be EXTREMELY BUSY DUE TO COVID-19 BUT AT LEAST HAVE THE HUMAN DECENCY TO HAVE AT LEAST YOUR INCOMPETENT RECEPTIONIST CALL ME BACK WITHIN A MONTH WHEN I LEAVE A MESSAGE. Good luck folks. My family doctor is already finding me another pulmonologist.

Waited almost 2 hours, we understand.
Dr. Liu asked my father if he speaks Cantonese instead of Mandarin, my father doesn't.
Dr Liu then said, I quote "You should speak Cantonese, it's a BETTER language"
I felt so bad that my father didn't understand what Dr. Liu is saying in English and he still smiled at him like he was a respectful doctor!!!

Dr. Lui saw my father in 2013 and 2020 when when my Dad 's GP send him again for review the machine , They are old school .They never checked the machine cards .Whenever I took my father for appointments , after waiting a long time finally get in and start talking with Dr. Liu. He was so rude, he didn't ask to my questions and told us that he is doing his job .
It is also very hard to understand what he is saying, also he is always very rushed.
