The staff are always helpful, greeting everyone with a smile. Karine is excellent with children and adults alike. Very knowledgeable and answers any questions in terms that are easy to understand.

Dr. Briand is a very open-minded optometrist and she is very helpful. If she doesn't know the answer to your question, she will ask the other optometrists or search it. She will give you, your answer. Really good with children and she is so polite.

This was the second attempt at bringing my father for an eye exam. The staff was very quick to say that the extra fee of $30.00 is mandatory at this office. I've had many exams done over the years in Sudbury, each time I was given the choice to or not to have it done. This test Retina pressure test is not covered as part of the exam. BUT AT LEAST I'M GIVEN A CHOICE.
Not at this office in Timmins. Apparently, it is the "office policy" that all their patients be charged this extra fee. What about the seniors, students, low income families; $30.00 can mean alot.

This office is simply taking advantage of a test that is not covered by the government.
SHAME ON YOU AND YOUR WHOLE PRACTICE.

Always something wrong. First set of glasses took way to long to come in,then the prescription was wrong. Three more visits over a couple of months to get it right. As it was my first ever set thought maybe I screwed up something. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and went back this year for renewal. Boy what a mistake,4 1/2 months and still haven't received everything, had to change glasses again because the exam was wrong,the list goes on. Ridiculous. Never again. Save yourself time and head ache...GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I was able to receive true bilingual services from her office. She was very knowledgeable and cared about my eyes. She took time to explain my condition.

Very efficient young lady, does excellent work and referred me to Dr. Oliver when she noticed something wrong in one eye, great service.

Phoned in to get my prescription and was refused. They told me I had to get a new exam because my last exam was just over two years old. Doesn't the prescription belong to the patient? What a disgrace to the optometrist community.... Would not recommend to anyone.

Apart from the staff, the office was so disorganized. Dr. Briand was behind with all her patients and then rushed through the exam. I barely got an explanation about my condition. I will not be going back there.
