Worst bedside manner I have come across. Showed up late, spent mere minutes with me. No clear plan thought of. Felt helpless and honestly worse then when I came in. Patients stay away. The staff were the best thing about this clinic and they were terrible. If rude and intolerable are what you are seaking then this clinic is for you.

after reading all the comments , I see I am not the only one with this opinion about this Dr ... I switched to another Dr in the same office .. and very very happy that I did ;) He was late , talked on his phone more that to me .. and was condescending .

Dr. Bhugra has been my mom's doctor for a few years now ...she had others in the past that were not very patient friendly... My mom had a heart attack when in hospital with another medical problem and got Dr. Bhurgra because he was the one on call... He was outstanding he made the family feel so much better by answer questions and going the extra mile... He is very kind and takes his time with elderly people....

Im so glad to see that it wasn't just me. I was doubting myself and trying to really look inward to determine if Dr Hardeep Bhugra was as awful as it seemed. now i know , based on these comments, that I am not alone. His bed side manner is so terrible. He is not a person that became a doctor for the right reasons. Please do not go to this guy. he's a real jack a**

If there is a rating lower than minus 1, he deserves it. It so sad that Abbotsford seems to get doctors like dr. Bhugra who clearly have no right to practice because of lack of knowledge and professionalism. His staff are clearly unhappy and passes on their negative vibes to the poor patients.
