Dr. Suman Ramakumar is the WORST dentist I have ever been to. She messed my teeth up, she lied to me about what I needed done. She’s not easy to reach. If you want a dentist who cares for you, and wants to make sure that you’re happy then DO NOT go to her. Worst experience in my life. She will give you the run around and not do her job. I don’t even think she knows what she is doing. She would tell me one thing and then another thing a different time.

I started Invisalign treatment with Dr. Kumar as she was listed on their website with a Silver rating. So far I've two appointments with Dr. Kumar which have both been rescheduled by the office. The first one, which had been postponed 3 weeks, I never even saw her after having to wait for 30 minutes. The next appointment was supposed to be 3 weeks late but was scheduled for 5 weeks. They then called to reschedule for 2 weeks after that. When I asked if that was the best they could do I was informed Dr. Kumar has 8 offices and is only in the Watsonville office once a month!

Dr. Kumar is the WORST dentist! Do not go to her! She does not know what she’s doing. She will give you the run around. She absolutely messed my teeth up to where I have to go to another doctor. Do not go to her!!
