I moved to Dr Majeed when my previous dentist retired and Dr Majeed's office was closest to home. Extremely happy I did. All his staff seem very professional and experienced. I have had root canal work and a crown with great success. I would recommend this office to anyone.

I went to Dr. Majeed's practice for several visits, and stopped going because I felt a little ignored, treated like a 'body on the slab' instead of a person. They also seemed disorganized, they almost filled the wrong tooth until I caught their error. I asked them to explain procedures to me while they were doing them so that could feel safe, and they didn't. OK Dentist, but poor communication, poor bedside manner.

He is an excellent doctor - our new dentist in Sidney BC. Gentle, thorough, and professional in his work. I was worried about a difficult procedure, but he did everything so well that all my worries evaporated. We would recommend him to everyone who is looking for quality service.

I booked an appointment with Dr. Amir Majeed because his office is close to my house . I checked the internet for the his rating and found there was a complain about him and I wasn’t sure to go but after visiting him and his staff I figured out I got the write decision. I highly recommend him cause the last thing he seems to care about (unlike other dentists) is your money and insurance. Dr Amir spent 1/2 hr talking to build up a relationship. I truly trust any recommendations he gives. It is so rare to find a doctor like him nowadays. The office environment was so friendly and I liked the way they were treating the patient and welcoming with a cup of coffee.

Dr Amir and his staff are very friendly . He was kind, gentle and professional. His needles are painless.The hygiene makes you feel like you are relaxing on the beach.

He extracted my wisdom tooth without disclosing complications like dry sockets. He treated me with ineffective strain of antibiotics, resulting in spread of infection to my jaw bone, which in turn was reported as Osteomyelitis. He waited 6-7 weeks before he refers me to a specialist, maxed me out on my insurance, never followed up with my surgery, and after I submitted a complaint that he stopped giving me antibiotics, he replied to CDSBC: "I stopped because he bought something off the net and put it in his dry socket" ... Needless to say it was not true, and interesting enough, this is not even existent in his own notes (on my dental file) . The complaint is ongoing. If interested, call the college and ask for the result of the investigation. [Note: before I even file a complaint, I emailed him and only asked for participating in my treatment. He rejected me.]
