This doctor has the most incompetent staff I have ever experience not only that but they release confidientiality to friends and family outside of the practice. My husband's ex wife is always told every time he walks into the office that he was there and what for by the staff she is friends with ...this clearly breaks patient confidentiality . When trying to get records they say they are in the mail but their mailman only comes every so often during the week clearly a blatant lie.
