Profile says she's been practicing for 28 years. That is NOT necessarily a GOOD thing! Experience is great if you also adapt with the times and keep up with changes / developments in both medicine and how to relate to patients. She doesn't understand that while no, web-MD certainly doesn't make you a doctor, it has made people more informed about their potential health issues. I had Lyme disease, and she refused to treat it until I exhibited ALL the classic symptoms and/or a positive test. However, I had seen that the CDC recommends treatment even if Lyme is only suspected (unconfirmed) to reduce the chance of complications. Either she doesn't keep up on CDC recommendations, or thinks she knows better with her 28 years 'experience.' As someone else mentioned, she talks down to you if you act like you may know even a little about your own illness. Why do I need her if I have to exhibit every last symptom I could find in a medical text? This terrible doctor needs to retire ASAP.

She sat behind her computer, never made eye contact. No compassion. In the end, she didn't help whatsoever. Wasted money.
