Horrible staff and unprofessional care. And they tend to cover for one another. If you have a bad apple...get rid of it...not your patient for express their feelings. This is not a place you want to take care of your pain issues. They will only cause you more pain and then you’ll be left to lower level staff to avoid dealing with the problems head on. Find another pain management provider. Do not go to Texas Pain Institute. They do not care about their patients. They care more about hiding then having integrity to tell the truth.
