Her staff is very nice but the dentist herself is horrible. She told my husbands his extractions were covered by insurance and then asked for money after giving him anesthesia. She refused to do any more work unless he paid out of pocket and told him to go home when he refused. Why bother putting anesthesia in his mouth then…she then proceeded to tell me we didn’t pay our copayments - we have no copayments !! And said the extractions were not covered . All lies!! She’s a liar and all she cares about is money. She let my husband walk out with a bloody mouth and was careless. Definite maltreatment and a thief. Her dental assistant was very nice. Horrible place for them to work

My mom was a patient here and she had nothing but bad things to say just like most of all the other reviews on here. My mom went 30 minutes early for her appointment and was made to wait for 2 hours before she was taken in. Once she got in, the instruments weren't ready. There was no cleaning of the teeth completed, even though there was supposed to. Dr. Batra was only worried about making money and sent my mom to the billing department to see how much the treatment would cost while completely skipping the cleaning the appointment was intended for. When she asked the dentist a question, she was ignored and her staff answered for her. My mom also had to find the water button to rinse her mouth by herself without any assistance from the dentist or staff. If there was an option to give zero stars, we would. Be aware and choose a different dentist.

The office staff is amazing. They always are there to answer questions big or small. I did not understand something the doctor had said and both girls (Deanna and Heather) spent more than ample time with me. I will be having my family and friends to this office for work!!!

We have been going to Dr Batra for several years now and every time we have had a great experience interacting with her and her staff. She is very knowledgeable and takes extra effort to make sure we are comfortable with the treatment she is planning and spends enough going over the various options available. I have switched many dentists and had the worst experience so far. I had to be elsewhere and refused to get my cavity done at the time but was coerced to get one done. Additionally, cleaning was hurtful and rushed -- i was terrorized my lips were going to be pierced multiple times. My mom on the other hand had a good experience so take my words with a grain of salt.

After reading all the bad reviews, I can see that this confirms my thoughts of them soaking the insurance companies, they either lie or exaggerate to make you do unnecessary procedures! This dentist has NO bedside manner and on more than one occasion, would enter the room and not even acknowledge my presence. Just not a good feeling all around.
