very poor bedside manner. Poor assessment of my medical condition, she looked at my foot, but did not evaluate the pain or gait. Did not like me asking questions for clarification. Said she was going to look at my xrays and next thing I knew, the medical assistant was in giving me treatment options (I thought this was a doctor task). She was offended when I asked the medical assistant to ask her to come back in because I had further questions for her.

X-Rays were taken of my son's foot with no justification. I asked if X-Rays were required to locate the ingrown toenail. Staff responded that they didn't know, they are just instructed to take X-Rays. Doctor came in after an hour of sitting in the clinic to tell me that she could do nothing and that my son needed surgery. I asked who would do the surgery if not this clinic. Doctor’s response was that their clinic does do surgeries on ingrown toenails but that I had to contact TRICARE to get the referral. I informed her that this was inaccurate and that her office was responsible for contacting TRICARE with the medical need for surgery; TRICARE does not just give a referral for surgery because I tell them its needed. Doctor insisted that I needed to call TRICARE; I left the office. I contacted TRICARE, they informed me that I can't just request a surgical referral (Surprise!) and that the medical office needs to. We changed the referral to another provider. Avoid this incompetent office
