She cared for me during my pregnancy and delivered my son. Agree that staff is rather rude and disrespectful (receptionist, billing, etc.). Feel that Dr. rushes through each visit. Very difficult to get a call back if you have difficulties during your pregnancy. But she did follow my wishes and allow me to be induced and did a good job at delivery.

Dr. Schallock did deliver my last baby. Best delivery I had. Her staff could work on their friendliness and efficiency a bit. Overall I believe they care though...

I will never go back. I had a tumor that was found by an ultrasound. She told me that my options were to ignore it or have a hysterectomy (which was totally incorrect). Her nurse Debbie wouldn't return my phone calls. I found the quality of care and overall knowledge to be apalling.

I really like Dr. Schallock. She gets your exam done quickly and professionally. Explains the procedure were necessary. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a good OB/GYN!

The staff for this doctor is poor to be kind. I found the Dr to be a nice person but was very unsympathetic with both her interest in my situation and the way she utilized the instruments in my examination. I was very disturbed when I left the office. I had been in the hospital prior to seeing the dr and afterwards I still had no diagnosis. I contacted the office every day for 4 days after I had seen the dr and received a call a week and a half after my visit. I understand that the Dr's are busy but the staff could help out. Debbie was rude and unsympathetic as well. It is a shame because i was referred by a friend that has had good experiences there, so I thought I had just gone in on a bad day. My friend's daughter also went there and had a terrible experience. I have not gone back.

Dr. Schallock has delivered 3 of my children.The first was an emergency C-section (breach). She never pressured me for a C-section with the next two babies! I did not have C-sections with either of them and she was very supportive of that. After having 3 babies and one miscarriage, I find it funny that people have complained about Dr. Schallock and her staff. My experience with them was always professional and caring. I have sent friends to them and will continue to do so.

I have had nothing but bad experiences with the staff in this office, they are rude and indifferent. As for the doctor herself, at the first appointment she was very friendly and supportive. But as soon as I was an "official" patient, that support and courtesy vanished. She was eager to get me out of the office as soon as possible, including being very forceful with the instruments (a trait many female OB/GYNs have, unfortunately)and generally ignoring my concerns. This being my first pregnancy, I am not taking any chances. I am now shopping for a new doctor.

I absolutely love Dr Shallock. She has deliverd 2 of my children and now Im pregnant and am looking forward to seeing her again. I always felt so safe and comfortable. She is awesome. Lena

Dr. Schallock has an amazing claming demeanor. Also, very informative about what to do/check for before getting pregnant. Looking forward to delivering with her!
