I love Dr. Scarlett and almost everyone in his office. He helps manage my back pain and takes my concerns seriously. I can call after hours and he's always happy to help. The staff is knowledge and friendly and they know me and my needs well. I have very few complaints and when I do They have been immediately addressed and correctly. I would highly recommend him!!

I saw Dr. Scarlett for the first time yesterday. My appt was out of town, and I was 15-20 min late due to unforeseen circumstances. They were very busy. The waiting room was full, and there was a waiting line to check in. I figured it was safe to assume I'd have to reschedule, but I thought I'd drop off all my records as long as I was there. When I got up to the desk and explained my situation, the receptionist was so friendly. And she said Dr. Scarlett would still see me, it may just be a bit of a wait. It wasn't long before the nurse called my name. There were 3 nurses in the room... one learning the procedures, etc. They were all also very friendly. The doc came in within a matter of minutes. I knew he was extremely busy so I expected him to hurry things along. I'm surprised about the other ratings on here because, instead of rushing things, the doc took his time with me, asked questions, got to know me, answered all of my questions, explained things, talked about options, did an exam, and was very friendly. The one trait I absolutely cannot tolerate in anyone is arrogance. And I definitely did not get a sense of that from him at all. Furthermore, due to it being my initial appt, there was a considerable amount of paperwork to fill out. They were so quick to squeeze me in that I ended up completing it after the appt, which unfortunately also happened to be right after the clinic closed. I felt bad about keeping the nurse there longer. But she didn't rush me along at all, and she was still very friendly and helpful. Overall, I was very impressed with the staff, I really liked Dr. Scarlett, and I'll continue to be a patient of his.

Same experience as the previous poster. He is by far, the most arrogant creep I have ever met, with an MD behind his name. He is also incompetent. His job is to insert needles along your spine, but when he can't even manage to get the needle in my hand to run an IV, he acted like I was a circus freak, and actually called to assistants, saying, "Come look at this. The needle is in the vein, but no blood." I'm surprised he hasn't paralyzed anyone.

Dr Scarlett is rude and it seems like you're "just a number/another paycheck". Very short and stern with answers. NOT personable at all!! The staff seem like they just graduated high school. VERY immature and would rather talk amongst themselves about their boyfriends or the latest night out at the bar. Unprofessional to say the least! Wait time was ridiculously long. After I told them I was waiting over 40 mins, they rolled their eyes and said the Dr was extremely busy. I had an other appointment to go to and they told me I either had to wait for the dr, or reschedule and be charged a missed appt fee. I left and will NEVER go back!! Too bad tgis rating system didn't allow "no stars ", unfortunately I had to rate one out of five stars. Zero stars would be better!

The staff is very rude. Plan on waiting at least an hour past your appointment time at every visit. You will only see the doctor on your first visit. After that you see his NP and she is dumber than a bat. They NEVER look at your medical records. They do not follow through with any treatment plans. They will call you a liar, accuse you of refusing treatment and deny you medical care. Then they will put remarks in your record so no other doctors will take you on as a patient. Don't expect any real medical treatment if your having an allergic reaction. The nurses response will be that if you don't sit down you won't get your meds. She will not help you with your medical needs, nor will they call the doctor in.
