Dr. Powers, is a compassionate and knowledgeable person in a time of great anxiety. He treated us with kindness and answered all our questions and went out of his way in a very difficult time. I highly recommend him. We where grateful we got such a great surgeon as him . Thank you ❤️

although the wait time for my appointment was a little excessive, that is something that pretty much is out of the doctors control.
Dr Power is an EXCELLENT doctor that I would recommend to anyone. He is very friendly and amiable, but absolutely knows his field. He made me feel much more comfortable talking about my issue than I had expected, and although I can't say that I 'enjoyed' the visit (who enjoys going to the doctor) he made it as pleasant as could be expected.

I want to thank Dr. Power on behalf of my husband for an excellent result to a very intricate , personal surgery done on him . I can't say enough about his professionalism , amazing skills , pre and post explanations about what he was recommending to be done . I can't praise or recommend him highly enough .

Love dr. Power. Unfortunately his nurse(Asst) Tawnya is not quite as efficient. Hav been trying to renew a Rx for weeks with no reply. Hav had help from pharmacy but still no response. Please dr. Power, respond to k. Vanos

Recently had radical nephrectomy due to cancer on my kidney. His staff, Tawnya,is very compassionate and caring. Dr. Power is much the same and also very professional, taking the time to listen and explain answers to my list of many questions. Surgery was a success. I know during my follow up, I am in great hands with Dr. Nick Power and his team of true health care professionals. Can't thank them enough for my excellent care.

Cannot possibly say enough wonderful about this gentle and caring Doctor. I've been to many doctors over the course of my lifetime. Moving to London was worth it to me and my family just to have been treated by this amazing surgeon. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

A pleasant experience under the circumstances. He took the time to explain my condition to me. He was very accepting and patient with my questions. He made me feel comfortable and appeared that he genuinely cared which is rare.

I must respond to the rating posted May 15, 2021. We are in the midst of a pandemic and the health care system is stretched to the max. Any appointment we are able to secure during such troubled times is a blessing. While Doctors and all health care professionals are working diligently to accommodate as many patients as possible, any wait time is reasonable. I would wait for 8 hours to see Dr. Power if necessary. No need for an apology if I am kept waiting, Dr. Power. I appreciate everything you do. The entire staff in the Urology Dept at LHSC is dedicated, kind, helpful and always smiling. Thanks for everything. Please don't let one poor review shed any negative light on your office. Absolutely no complaints from me. I have been in the care of Dr. Power for over two years now and every single appointment has been positive. THANK YOU!!
