I HAVE BEEN GOING TO DR. HOYA FOR 15 YEARS AND HE TAKES THE TIME TO EXPLAIN WHATEVER YOU WANT TO KNOW ABOUT EYES IN AN UNDERSTANDABLE LANGUAGE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM.

This is a man who is on top of latest research, yet manages to remain down-to-earth. In addition to that he is personable. We never have to wait long before one of the staff comes to see if they can help. Lot of parking. All in all, he's a champ!

Really bad service. Staff handed me the wrong prescription. (only single vision when I should have been given progressives) After I had the prescription filled and discovered I couldn't see, I called to have Dr. Hoya's office to fix. They refused and wanted me to pay the $400 difference. It was not until I threatened to go to the governing body of Optometrists did they agree to replace.
