Spoke about herself a lot during the session, I left feeling unvalidated. Her voicemails following up would switch between languages, she couldnt remember which we used.

Rather unpleasant. Needed to find out my annual income before the first appointment to determine how much to charge (180$/hr). Has not adapted to use Zoom or any video calls at all after more than 1 year into the COVID pandemic.

Dr. Caplan is an excellent psychotherapist. She helped me go over a very painful family situation, her support and guidance were invaluable. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Caplan has an immense understanding of alcoholism and how it is a disease that effects the whole family. She helped my family deal with the devastating impact of alcoholism. She is kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. She always give extra time and overs useful advice.

I found Dr Caplan to be out of touch.she had no sense of what I was experiencing. Her office is extremely cluttered including her huge dog.

Malgré que je l'ai trouvé sympathique, c'est une psychologue qui a aucune capacité de compréhension des autre puisqu'elle est beaucoup trop centré sur elle-même. Elle parle beaucoup trop dans ces séance surtout d'elle.
