While he is very nice, and yiu can always get in, I don’t feel like he is all that knowledgeable. Thankfully he has quit pushing his diet drinks on you.

I agree that Dr. Boone is a nutcase. He and his staff are disorganized. Had me make an appointment then when I showed up Dr. Boone asked me why I made the appointment. He was not prepared to give the time required for the reason he told me to make the appointment. They could not find my registration... had no record of me as a patient. They have made many mistakes, including giving me two prescriptions on the same visit that should never be mixed. Gave me diarrhea big time. My level of confidence with Dr. Boone and his office staff is quite low. I will find another doctor.

Dr Boone is hands down one of the worst Drs I have been to. Calls in wrong RXs (I could of died from the mistake, that I caught), orders tests wrong ( had to get 2 different MRIs), tells patients to eat all the salt they want.. says its a myth sodium effects health, gets angry anytime patient is proactive about their health, or asks medical questions. Went to this DR over 8 times in a year and never got a accurate Diagnoses. Refuses even basic medical tests.. tries to keep all testing"in-house", and double bills insurance, and then patient too. Also several of the nurses/staff are very rude and hateful towards patients.

I never have to wait long when I have an appointment. If I have an urgent need, they have always worked me in. The office personnel are great and friendly. Dr Boone is very thorough and helpful. I never feel like he is in a rush. He very thoughtfully goes over the chart and asks questions and will answer any questions. I think he is a good doctor.

Very kind staff, but felt like I was treated like a child here. I don't like going to the doctor anyway, so I'm looking for someone else who takes me a little more seriously when I do have to go.

Insurance was continually billed incorrectly and it cost us money that was not necessary if insurance had been billed timely and correctly the first time.

I've never been a regular patient, but he makes me feel comfortable so I have yearly check ups now.
