I recently attended my annual check-up with Dr. Kwok and it was the most disheartening experience I have ever had with a healthcare professional. I left the appointment in tears due to her blatant disrespect, disregard for my concerns, and condescending remarks. I am greatly disappointed at the lack of basic courtesy and respect from Dr. Kwok.

I've been a patient of Dr. Kwok for 8 years or more. While she has never been overly chatty or exceptionally friendly, I initially appreciated her thorough approach to addressing medical concerns. However, over the past couple of years, I've noticed a shift in her demeanor and I have observed a steady decline in her bedside manner.

Despite Dr. Kwok's medical proficiency, her inability to connect with patients and her disrespectful attitude are reasons why I will not return to her care.

I was a patient of this provider since 2017. I would no longer recommend this provider as my doctor OR THIS OFFICE. I waited for an appointment with this doctor for 8 months. My initial appt in March cancelled unexpected because the doctor was returning from leave and schedule changes. To be told tupon arrival that she will not see me because i am now considered a new patient and arrived 8 minutes after the appt time I called the office twice left a message prior to my appointment. However, to be refused after waiting and being accommodating to doctors schedule previous change to not be able to see this doctor. "Ever provider as the right to refuse a person based on schedule". Is beyond frustrating!!! We can be accommodating, but providers cant give us the same level of courtesy...

Hands down THE WORST DOCTOR I have been to. She doesn’t listen nor does she care about her patients. Do yourself a favor and do research if you don’t believe me. I unfortunately didn’t check the reviews before my visit.
