Habitually late. Rarely looks you in the eye... depersonalizing you. SUPPOSEDLY has a lot of knowledge & surgical skill... however, considering that he can't even come CLOSE to keeping his "appointments" (you wait for over 2 hours & see how you feel about that "appointment" time!) I have my doubts as to his other attributes. The office staff (especially Sonya, Rebekah & their office manager, Dr. Levine) are top notch, caring, compassionate and professional. Cuartas should watch how THEY conduct themselves & model himself accordingly.
