First class Dentist and Dental Practice. I have been a patient for over 30 years! Dr Fraser is extremely knowledgeable and professional and has consistently provided excellent care. The front desk and dental assistants are excellent in their own right. Definitely 5 out of 5.

For the second time in a row Dr Fraser did not use gloves when putting his fingers in my mouth. This most recent visit was during the peak of covid in North Vancouver. I taste his fingers when he does this and they taste bad.

The dentist that was flossing me broke the wire retainer on the back of my bottom teeth while she was flossing me. Dr. Fraser fixed this by gluing the wire back down. The glue covers my bottom five teeth completely now making them impossible to floss, and uncomfortable as they’re all stuck together. This will be my last visit at this dental office.

These days he is not in the office as much so he won’t be there for an exam during routine checkups. He could also offer more patient education and be more thorough - he hasn’t made an effort to remediate an ongoing gum issue I’ve had for years.

I am going through 6-7 deep root canals and extensive crown work. I have had 5 star care all round. Ross is dedicated, caring, skillful and understanding. It's impossible to fault this extremely high level of dental care and expertise.
