Staff is lacking any type of compassion, communication skills. - makes terrible mistakes and several days later calls to apologize. Instead of working with patients in need of help, they simply ignore you. While I need the medication given me, I would prefer to remain in physical pain than the emotional pain of dealing with them

Long wait even to get appt.
High staff turn over. Dr. way to preoccupied, always typing, will walk out of exam room after minutes, and never return. Odd staff. Lots of rx renewal errors. They take days to call pts. if ever. Not my idea of quality health care.
