For over 10 years Dr Vercillo was treating my husband for the knee problem, Numerous times he suggested a surgery , but my husband wasn’t ready, it came to the point that his ability to walk and function normally was very limited, injection treatments didn’t work for long...so he finally agreed for the surgery. Dr work was a beyond perfection, my husband start walking with a cane one week after a total right knee replacement surgery, was ready to drive in 2 months (which I never allowed) , now 3 month past he’s driving and walking without cane. Dr Vercillo is an excellent surgeon, extremely knowledgeable and very professional! I highly recommend him to anyone who’s planning to have any procedure.

Office staff put me on hold... then told me the earliest they could get me in for my 7 year old was in 3 weeks. Really? If you need an urgent appointment the office staff is not helpful at all. The Doctor may be wonderful but you'd think they could squeeze a child in for a brief appointment when it's needed.

Great bedside manner. Thorough in his explanations. responsive, painless. he treated my back and shoulder. fascinated by the equipment he uses to follow the needle as it penetrates toward the sore spot. painless. one of the best around and I have two MD's in my family. Plus he is a Notre Dame fan

This dr is amazing take it from a 17 teen years old person. I am crazy fun and when I broke my collar bone he was the fist person to tell me it would be alright . The first dr we went to was rude and then we went to Michael T. Vercillo, he told me I would need SURGRY yet he was amazing all the way through it he even did some stuff special for me like in the OR he came in and held my hand as I breathed in the grape smell. He is very funny and he is the best DR ever "May the odd be ever in your favor" inside joke from SURGRY

Absolutely the best. I first met Dr. Vercillo when my roommate needed surgery on their shoulder and bicep which was torn. Dr. Vercillo was so wonderful. Fully explains findings, options, procedure, recovery, everything you could possibly need to know. He is humble yet extremely on top of his game. He listens to your concerns and addresses each and every one of them. Three months ago I found out I tore the meniscus and would need surgery. I remembered Dr. Vercillo and was thrilled to find out he not only performed this type of procedure, but accepted my insurance. I had surgery Aug. 2 2012. I walked up the stairs to my bedroom that day, drove two hours later, never needed crutches, never had any pain and did not require physical therapy based on how well I've done. While some of this may be due to how I handle pain, I believe most of this is due to the fantastic surgeon I had/have. I highly recommend Dr. Vercillo. It takes a lot for me to be this impressed.

Dr. Vercillo is a top notch, receptive, caring doctor. He is old school,he takes as much time as needed with each patient until all your questions have been answered. He asks questions,listens to his patients and makes his diagnosis.Before you leave he makes sure you understand everything and his friendly, professional staff helps you with any other appointments you need or other doctors you might have to see, like physical therapists etc. I am new to the area and found Dr. Vercillo on yelp.com, I would hughly recommend him to anyone, he is simply, the best!
