The Doctor is fine. His staff are appalling, unhelpful, lack any understanding, and appear more invested in spending time justifying why they cannot help you with what was a relatively simple matter instead of just helping.

Nothing bad to say about him, went in for grade 3 variococele. Immediately recognized it needed treatment and refereed me for embolization. Bedside manner ok.

I went to Prof Haxhimolla after a high PSA blood test and MRI Scan from my GP. He went through everything in detail and answered all my questions. I had a Biopsy only a few days later and received the bad news. I have now had Robotic Prostatectomy and 5 weeks down the track doing very well. Due to the high skill level of Prof Haxhimolla I am way ahead of where I should be as far as bladder control. Prof Haxhimolla is caring and explains everything step by step. He also provides post operative care through third party medical experts. I would highly recommend him to anybody that is suffering from this terrible disease.

Beware of this urologist. He misdiagnosed me through lack of interest. I went to him for help and he just sent me to the public hospital for a cyscoscopy without informing me of any details of the 3 month waiting time or that he was discharging himself from my care forcing me to wait a further 3 months just for a follow up with another urologist after the procedure not caring I was in discomfort. In the end I was diagnosed with a prostate infection from another urologist and treated. This guy didn't even consider this as my issue. I don't believe he's incompetent but is very negligent if he doesn't see you as a big money maker. So keep in mind he isn't a caring practitioner and should be avoided

I have been seeing Dr HH since 2012 after a high PSA. 2022 was the year that my prostrate (Gleason score 7) was taken out using the Di Vinci machine and I was out of pocket over $15k. So, to begin, yes, his bedside manner is God awful when you first meet him and yes the procedure was expensive. However, what really matters is, does he know his $#!t, and did it save my life? Yes and Yes. So money, time and copping $#!t from Dr HH was worth every cent if it means surviving cancer.

Doesn't seem to care about you if you haven't got something life threatening from my experience. Just palmed me off to the public sector with no interest and gave very little information. I'm still suffering 4 months later. I do not recommend this guy

Excellent robotic-surgeon urologist. Did an excellent job. Recovering well. Have every confidence in Dr Haxhimolla.

My dad was seeing him privately after a concerning prostate MRI, but required treatment in the public system. When we became concerned about the costs of further diagnostic tests (I was paying for my dads visits) he completely lost interest, was rude and condescending. He at one point said to us we all had to pay for our healthcare, and that even he did - this coming from a guys that earns hundreds of thousands to my pensioner dad! He is completely disconnected from the people he is supposed to serve.

Very close to perfect time keeping from my perspective and I’ve been to his specialist rooms many times and found the staff very pleasant and Dr. Haxhimolla’s attention to detail along with his explanations of procedure very clear and understandable for the lay person. Every facet of the operations I had went well, just as planned. Excellent and very professional.
